About our collaborators:

Roosevelt University’s Chicago College of Performing Arts under the leadership of Dean Henry Fogel will host the solo rounds of the competition, with all performances taking place in the historically significant Ruldolph Ganz Memorial Hall, designed by Louis Sullivan and his then assistant Frank Lloyd Wright and restored in recent years to its original glory.

Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestras (CYSO) has provided music education through orchestral programs and performance opportunities of the highest caliber for 65 years. CYSO currently serves 450 Chicago-area musicians ages 7-18 through five core orchestras, chamber music, music theory and composition. It also reaches 2,500 Chicago Public Elementary School students and educators each year through its Music Pathways program. CYSO is investing in the future of music and the next generation of leaders.
